Join us for this special donation offering dedicated to deepening your spiritual practice through self-guided shamanic journeying or meditation, accompanied by the steady rhythm of shamanic drumming. This class provides a sacred space for personal exploration and inner connection.

No prior experience with journeying or meditation is required. Both beginners and seasoned practitioners seeking a supportive environment for their practice are welcome.

Position yourself how you feel most comfortable whether that is seated or laying down with as much support of a chair, bolsters and blankets as needed to fully relax your body into a meditative space.

Students can expect to be guided through rhythmic drumming into a deep meditative space to explore ones own inner world, meet guides, or simply find peace in the present moment.
