In this 2-hour experiential workshop, we’ll explore quantum healing through shamanic wisdom traditions, using relational experiences as a doorway into deeper self-awareness, compassion, and self-love. This workshop is specifically designed for working through painful romantic relationships (or “situationships”) that have us caught in limerance and deep longing for people who aren’t showing up for us. Rather than focusing on fixing or releasing others, the emphasis will be on understanding our inner world—and how healing begins by reclaiming our energy, agency, and sense of wholeness.

You’ll explore:

• How early wounds form limiting beliefs and unconscious patterns

• Shadow work, and seeing our “shadow” as parts of ourselves we’ve shut out

• Energetic cords and conscious cord cutting as practices of self-honoring and release

This workshop is for anyone seeking a deeper connection to themselves, greater emotional clarity, and a more compassionate inner relationship.
